Ramp Trucks Announces New Hires
Ramp Trucks of Port Jefferson Station, NY has announced that several new Commercial Vehicle Specialists have joined their Commercial Truck Division.
Andy Boyle, of South Setauket, recently joined Ramp as a Commercial Vehicle Specialist after spending many years in the hospitality industry, most recently as the owner of several restaurants. Mr. Boyle will go on-the-road to show trucks to busy prospective clients.
Brian Gohlsen, of Manorville, recently returned to Ramp as a Commercial Vehicle Specialist.
He has been selling Chevrolet Trucks for over 17 years, since graduating from the Northwood Institute in Michigan where he studied business and automotive management.
Tom Panebianco, of Holbrook, recently became a Commercial Vehicle Specialist after spending two years in car sales with Ramp. Mr. Panebianco previously worked selling Chevrolet vehicles for over 6 years.

Michael Annese, of Holbrook, has been hired as a Client Manager at Ramp Chevrolet. He previously worked at an aircraft management company.
Jim Balkam, of Ronkonkoma, has joined Ramp as an Internet Sales Consultant. Along with prior sales experience, Mr Balkam has 12 years experience in technical support.
Henry Kim, of Port Jefferson, has joined Ramp Chevrolet as a Client Manager. Mr. Kim has one year prior sales experience and previously worked as an Assistant Golf Pro.
Patrick Lancer, of Centereach, has joined Ramp Chevrolet as a Client Manager for pre- owned vehicles. He has 5 years experience in retail sales.
Peter Langlois, of Port Jefferson, has joined Ramp team as an Internet Sales Consultant. He has 4 years prior sales experience and has an Associates Degree from Suffolk Community College.
Anthony Salomone, of North Babylon, has joined the Ramp team as a Hummer Product Manager. Mr. Salomone has over 15 years experience in automobile sales, the past 8 years with Chevrolet.
John Sonta, of Dix Hills, has joined Ramp Chevrolet as a Retail Sales Director. Mr Sonta has over 35 years in the auto industry. He has held a variety of positions including Used Car Manager, Executive Director of Auto Financing, and Vice President of Sales for an auto rental company.
Elizabeth Stengel, of Shoreham, has joined Ramp as a Delivery Coordinator. Her previous experience is in graphic and web design.
Danielle Turner, of Wading River, has been hired as an Inventory Control Assistant at Ramp Chevrolet. Ms. Turner has 4 years prior business experience and holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk Community College.

Kathy Altamura of Selden, has joined Ramp as a Service Advisor. She has worked her way up the ranks in the auto industry since 1987, starting as a car inventory clerk, then progressing to wholesale parts sales, and finally as an Assistant Service Manager before taking her current position.
Tom Farrell of Bayport, has been hired as a Pre-owned Specialist. Mr. Farrell has three years prior experience in auto sales, after serving 4 years in the United States Navy and Marine Corp.
Mark Fries of Bayport, has joined Ramp as an Internet Sales Manager. He has 5 years prior internet sales experience, and 30 years overall experience in sales and finance.
Eric Lein of Melville, has joined Ramp as a Client Manager. He has seven years combined prior experience in auto and real estate sale after working 15 years as a professional chef. Mr. Lein has been recognized for customer service by GM’s “Mark of Excellence” program as well as receiving his National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) certification.

Lori Corino, of Levittown, has joined the Ramp Organization as a marketing specialist. She has 2 years prior experience as a marketing manager for a publishing company, and was a marketing assistant in a technology company for 2 years. Ms. Corino holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
Colleen DiSilvio, of Port Jefferson Station, has joined the accounts payable department at Ramp Chevrolet. She has 10 years experience in accounts receivable work. Ms. DiSilvio received a Certificate in Administration from the Katherine Gibbs School and went on to work in their placement office.
Doug Gallagher, of Wading River, has been hired by Ramp Chevrolet as a pre-owned inventory assistant. Mr. Gallagher has 3 years prior experience in rental car sales. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
